The Leader Behind the Work

A digital transformation and experience engineering leader with over 25 years delivering large-scale technology platforms and enterprise programmes across aerospace, telecommunications, manufacturing, utilities, automotive, finance, and retail. Specialising in building experience-led digital platforms that integrate product, design, and engineering to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Currently VP Delivery at Capgemini, leading a flagship digital transformation, building a unified super-app that brings multiple customer services into a single platform. The programme cuts across product, design, engineering, and analytics with a focus on agility, scalability, and business impact.

On the practice side, leading the UXFEI domain and co-creating the DCX AI strategy, working with AI leaders like OpenAI and Anthropic to set up how AI gets deployed across the SDLC for clients. The focus: defining what software delivery looks like when AI handles the heavy lifting but humans stay in the loop for the decisions that matter.

My career started with hands-on aerospace engineering at HAL and evolved into leading Capgemini's digital experience practice globally, building and scaling engineering organisations exceeding 1,800 professionals. I bring both the technical depth and the business lens. IIM Bangalore EGMP alumnus.
